Girl Scout Troop 1406 Visits City Hall Commissioner Phil Diamond hosted the girl scouts for a tour of City Hall on Wednesday, December 9, 2009. The girls' visit included a tour of the Commissioner's office and various departments in City Hall. The tour ended with a mock City Council meeting in the Council Chambers where there girls were able to serve as members of City Council. Troop 1406 is a multi-level troop consisting of Daisies, Brownies and Juniors. They meet every week at Wadeview Community Center.  |
