Wastewater Rate
Adjustment Q&A Department Description The Department plans, designs and constructs public projects; and reviews and inspects all capital improvements. It maintains streets and sidewalks, parks and City open spaces, street trees, lake and storm drainage facilities. It controls traffic movement; provides adequate parking for the downtown area; acquires, maintains and repairs all City vehicles; and provides maintenance, repair and minor construction services for all City structures.
